Clean and friendly service. Ms. Tina was wonderful!

Honestly,I’ve used variety of different storage companies across the U.S. in my time and this one was by far the worst. The initial lying about my storage unit being close to an elevator really set the tone for how my time in the unit was gonna go. The locking my unit when my neighbor didn’t pay their bill was annoying. The CONSTANT raising of my bill for a 3rd floor unit no where near an elevator to nearly $200 dollars was insane. Meanwhile these exact unit types on the first floor was over $50 dollars cheaper. The time I was inpatient in a hospital and was unable to access a phone to pay my bill and being unwilling to waive the fee one time really showed me how much this company cares. The app stopped working months ago so I had block out time in my day to pay by phone which takes way too long and then you have the audacity to charge me $5 dollars to pay my bill. 0/10, should’ve stayed using ExtraSpace. Biggest regret, I actively told my coworkers to stay away from using this place.

Tina is always professional and polite. She goes "above and beyond" the call of duty to make sure everything is squared away. I've rented space, specifically at her location, on two separate occasions. If/when I find myself back in this area, I will be sure to come to CubeSmart for my storage solution.
