I can’t speak for other Location, but Tins Burns is amazing. She takes care with each person. She takes time with each person and she makes sure that I needs are met. The facility is always clean. I always feel safe there when when I come in in the evening and I’ll rent from there again and again. Are you yes?

The office staff, Tena, goes above and beyond, providing excellent customer service. She took her time to walk me through the process and answered all of my questions with a smile. I felt comfortable and confident that I was making a good choice doing business with the Cubesmart in Odenton.

Only had problem with loading cart for moving items into storage units, besides that, everything else was excellent and no complaints. Questions were answered and the representative was very informative as well as kind and nice.
