The office staff, Tena, goes above and beyond, providing excellent customer service. She took her time to walk me through the process and answered all of my questions with a smile. I felt comfortable and confident that I was making a good choice doing business with the Cubesmart in Odenton.

I received the best service when getting signed up and getting my unit, Hands down the service was something I haven’t seen in a long time.

Only had problem with loading cart for moving items into storage units, besides that, everything else was excellent and no complaints. Questions were answered and the representative was very informative as well as kind and nice.
