Facilities are good. Manager working the shift when I received my unit was very helpful in providing answers to all my questions.

The representative Tina I believe is her name is awesome she is very helpful and understanding.

The primary team member I worked with was always kind, helpful, and candid. I appreciated the consistent service and fairly regular pricing considering the space I was using at the time.

Poor customer service from office staff "manager", Tina. Extremely rude and unprofessional, which is why I pulled my furniture out of that facility and move it elsewhere. You have her to thank. Good riddens.

Tina and Christopher (who has recently become manager of his own CubeSmart facility) were very helpful, and very congenial. The unit was clean (though I'll admit that lighting would have been a needed improvement) and so was the facility in general.
