Clean and good office team

The staff was always professional and friendly. Easy to communicate with. The supervisor was always caring and would explain rules and regulations with no problem.

The location says AC controlled but it’s hot in there

Good customer service. Only reason it didn't get a 10 was that Cubesmart didn't honor original pricing when they took over the facility.
