It was disappointing not to be able to have all of the selections I needed when trying to sign up on line. Missing wasa. There was no place on the form(s) to put in our tax exempt numberb. It was not possible to decline using one of your locks so we can use our own.c. There wasn't a mention of the price for the mandatory insurance anywhere leading to a bit of a sticker shock when attempting to complete the enrollment.d. It was not possible to decline the mandatory insurance and upload information from our private insurance policy to replace it.I had to drive 45 minutes to an office to get these two things taken care of all of the things listed above which should have been included with the online enrollment forms.

I kept getting price increases for this 5'X10' always getting moisture and dirt in it. Way over priced and they did not honor my veteran's discount or have an option for senior d/c. I referred 4 people with the former operation and all got pissed off over the price increased - all 5 of us not gone.
