I kept getting price increases for this 5'X10' always getting moisture and dirt in it. Way over priced and they did not honor my veteran's discount or have an option for senior d/c. I referred 4 people with the former operation and all got pissed off over the price increased - all 5 of us not gone.

After 2 months they increase my fees,never again!

Price jump was much too steep after a few months. I happened to be there through two snow storms. Plow shoved snow so it was at least 3 ft. Deep and out about 4 ft from door. I was scheduled to move out 4 days later. One staff person said not my responsibility. Another said that’s my job and shoveled it out. She deserves great kudos but I hesitate to name her as not sure of company policy. Couldn’t find anywhere in the lease.

PSHH snow removal sucked for starters…

Good price

Terrible experience with the facility owner or whoever was responsible to judge my case. Front of my car was smashed by the moving door of the facility and they blamed me for that. I won’t recommend cubesmart to anyone.

The storage spaces are clean, dry and protected. The staff are good to work with. The additional storage has been very helpful to me through the years.
