Remote access for all aspects of the process, from in inquiry to purchase to payment to cancellation. I was helping my brother with a move and appreciate not having to drive an hour for any of the above process. Also great customer service, very responsive even leading up to a holiday weekend.

A very great deal. The office people were extremely friendly and extremely helpful. A storage units are nice and clean and easy to find fast availability. I highly recommend renting from the storage units.
