Long term it became expensive

I had outside vehicle storage and during the winter i had trouble getting into my camper due to snow being piled up around it. Also person in front of me took up part of my spot had difficulty removing my camper spot need to be marked with lines so it diesnt happen

I was very surprised that the company you use for snow plowing did a poor job removing snow from the storage entrances. The plow did not even get close to the unit resulting in having to dig almost 3 ft of snow high by 3-4 ft deep in order to gain access to the unit. Additionally, the unit door did not have a pull rope to lift the door.

Easy to open the account, items secure for an extended period easy to close up and move out.You did not ask this question But, you should know that I moved the items from a Cube Smart in Old Saybrook CT to a Cube Smart in Hoboken NY both were chosen because they were conveniently located near the home I sold in Deep River CT and now near my daughter's home in Jersey City. So, you did not lose a customer, you kept one

Customer service at facility was A+. Helpful staff. But driveways weren't sufficiently plowed during winter, had to shovel to gain access to unit.

Excellent service, clean units and faculties. Staff was always helpful. Units always secure.

I had the cubicle for 28 years and because of the storm I couldn't move out. It was four days later and you charged me a whole month pretty petty after being a customer for 28 years.

Agent was extremely helpful and well informed but the rental process is misleading. I went online and said my rental date would be February 1. I was then contacted multiple times asking me to finish application. I learned then that I actually had to pay the date of signing the contract - January 19.
