Ariel at the 8621 Sunnygate Drive, Manassas, VA, location is very helpful and professional.When I showed up and saw that the unit I reserved (10 x 10) was too small for my needs Ariel suggested a larger unit nearby (10 x 24) that should work just fine.Ariel also gave me a tour of rest of the buildings, which turned out to be a good thing because I now need one more unit that ends up being in a different building! 😊

The initial prices were wonderful. but they kept rising much faster than the COLAs my wife and I received from Social Security. We were long-time customers and had to "move" to get the good prices. The first move was internal. The second move was to a facility closer to our house..

I've rented from CubeSmart for several years already, and have never had a problem with them. The facility is clean and well-kept, access is easy and the access hours are very convenient.

Of course I'm very unhappy. I filed a complaint and no one resolved anything. They said everything was fine, and I was bedridden until May 31st. I decided to move my things, but mice ate them and left rat droppings everywhere. I had to throw everything away. There's dampness in that unit, all around the room, but I didn't complain because no one would do anything. Look how long I paid for everything to be lost! I'm disgusted to use any of it. I asked the manager for another unit, but she's very evasive. No one is going to reimburse me for my belongings. I'm a retired person; I paid for my unit with great sacrifice.

I am really getting the "run around" from CubeSmart especially the district/regional manager by the name of Ciro.

The day that I was moving into the Location, there was no one in the building for me to be able to get my locks and sign the agreement. I waited for over two hours although the time say that they will be back in 15 minutes and every time I come, there’s a bunch of trash and crap out in the walkways.
