Move in went smoothly. Very nice and helpful staff. Forgit thwir names but it was a female and male.

The staff was very helpful. At one time we were told we could have this unit donated to us as a 501c3. We only need it for two months. When it came down to it we were told we had to rent it. We already have two other units with you. That was a bit disappointing as a non profit organization

Cube storage was by far one of the greatest storage experiences I have had between moving. I started with the larger units that you can drive up to going through a pretty tough divorce. I mean the amount of care and respect and understanding that the staff had towards me and allowing me to split my storage to a smaller unit. They were very professional. The young man at the front desk would constantly call if my payment was behind. The online payment system is great. And helps with ease of access. I always felt like my items were safe and secure in three years. I believe I have one payment increase. I love how the staff walk around to make sure the premises are secure and clean. I had also been able to use their storage truck to help with some of my move. The deal was so sweet to use it to put things in my storage. I’m actually sad to go, this Manassas location truly has Chic Fil A service. Thank you!
