Clean, easy access, friendly workers but just too far away from where I live

Melanie (@4838) has been excellent in communication and customer service. Not just with the 1st unit I rented, but also with the next 2 additional units.

I can’t wrap my mind around why a storage unit, which doesn’t comprise of any, but one person who sits behind a desk, causes the rent of the unit to go from $69 dollars (with a military discount), to $89 dollars the second year, to $107 the third year. The unit was used for storage. The money paid in three years would have bought a shed, installed in my back yard, but for less.

The rental process was done without a hitch, the lady at the office was very friendly and helpful. Checking out was painless. I rated you a 7 because that leaves you room to grow and improve you staff and company.

Questions, an call were always helpful an handled well. Storage never leaked so stuff was not damaged. Area always clean an maintained well

since yall got bought out by cube smart, all yall dine is raise the rates every few months, for what? a new paint job? absolutely eidiculous
