Roof leak caused damage to my mattress and table. I was told by one employee that I would get some of my money back since i didn't need the whole month i paid for and then told by another that I wasn't getting anything back.

The very nice lady at the storage was very helpful and considerate she explained the rates and rules very clearly. She helped with the whole process.
