This place has proven to me that it is safe and clean. And yes, that's important. But there are other factors as well. I have spoken to three different people that work there and they have all been very kind to me. Last time I took my two special needs boys with me and the young lady who helped us was very sweet and patient with them. That means more to me than anything.

Arrived and my code did not work, called customer service and they were about to give me a temporary code but call was hung up and they never called back to follow up. Waited at office for someone to arrive. Finally someone arrives with attitude. I simply just kept my composure and explained that my code access kept saying denied. They activated it .. atleast I though for BOTH rv parking and storage unit. Drive to storage unit code worked no problem. Then drove to park company vehicle access was denied yet again. Had to go BACK TO OFFICE TO A moody employee explained that code worked for one hate only, they apologized and activated it for RV parking now. Just overall bad experience. Storage unit looked dirty and was missing light bulb as well.

Security is good, office customer service is pleasant. Facilities could use some attention in regard to interior lighting and ceiling tiles.

Never had issues. My stuff was safe and the price was affordable for the time I was there. Staff was always nice and accommodating

The process of getting the unit was very easy plus valeria was really helpful to me. She answered all my questions plus her service was excellent

The lot is not swept or otherwise kept clean. Trash comes from the outside and invades the individual units one rents. Homeless people in and around the area, outside grounds are littered with alcoholic bottles and other debris. You have people slipping in and out as one drives into his or her unit, as was often the case when I drove in and out of the premises. It is hard to reach staff on-site by phone. In short, I won't rent again from your company.

The managers are helpful and courteous. They helped with all our needs and questions.
