my understanding you dont refund any-money if you move out after they take your monthly payment even if you move out 1 day later or 25 days, which i dont agree with, their should be a pro-rated as you offer it when you want to change to a future date when your monthly payment comes out, so if your company offers that you should be able to do the same for when people move out, i will be filing a complaint..

You push people hard on the basic items for storage and don't work with us very well. Your late payment charges were ridiculous..You raised you monthly rate $70 to $80 dollars.I wS a month when people were already maxed out.
