Satisfied with service

I went to my local storage facility where I have the rental. I tried going there six times over two days and every single time the doors were locked and assigned said they would be back.

The sales lady that cheched me in and gave me additional options was fabulous!!!

Rental rose in 6 years over 220%. Moved to same size, same controlled space, for over a 3rd of the cost.Plus elevator was down for 2 months with no access other than stairs which was unacceptable.3 calls to manager's voice mail to request a credit and received no response until I terminated the space.

I had just signed on for a storage unit and the second day I went back and my code did not work. It was 5 minutes after they closed but there were still two employees inside the office. I knocked on the door and one of the ladies pointed to her watch and waved bye to me. Yes, they were closed but the way she responded in my opinion was rude.

Not enough carts to move your items. Every time i went to store my goods, never not carts to load my items. Also, elevator had been out of service for 3 weeks and my Storage was on the third floor. Had to leave and go someplace new.

We got out just before a price ncrease, but we expected to be short term.

Tom was very helpful on acquiring the right size storage unit I neededTom stayed past closing time and personally took me to the unit and make sure it was the right size.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
