Very friendly staff and helpful

First of all the study increase in the rental for the unit. Second in Orange city there are never any carts available for moving your storage then they locked them up in the office which was good because they said people were taking them but then there ago half the time you went the office is locked and you couldn’t get a card and thirdly when I went to cancel my storage unit. The gentleman behind the desk was sound asleep I had to wake him up and then when he talked to me, it was a garble, and then he tried to tell me that he couldn’t get into the computer because they wouldn’t accept his password and I told him I was not leaving until I got a print out that I had cashed out finally after a period of time he finally did. I would never use Cubesmart again.

The older gentleman who helped us move in was very kind. We were new to the area, and he told us about what to expect and good places to visit. We had no issues throughout the renting process, and move out was easy. Would rent from this establishment again.

They don't have specific hours to be out for break.

Took a very long time to get Front access door to facility replaced AND poor condition of moving carts.
