The place is always clean, all of them are very helpful. Drew the Customer Service, but Millie really stands out and goes above and beyond. I don't worry about my items that are stored and all the units are very clean and the aisles are very easy to maneuver.

Prior to Jorge and Millie managing the facility (THEY ARE GREAT) I had difficulties with the interior lighting not working for about 2 YEARS. Repeating calls to supervisors either got no response or a bandage approach to the problem. I started calling the home office and after several months the lighting was changed. There is still a problem with the circuit in the area of 1506, but at least Jorge and Millie will reset the circuit breakers

I had to rent a small storage space for my Dad and this process was super simple. I paid online and set everything up online. The gate code was emailed to me and the lock was waiting in the storage unit.
