You get us in the door and then you continually increase the monthly rate by ridiculous amounts. One I am able to leave you, I won't come back. This is so wrong on so many levels. Very bad business. I was renting 2 units, now only one. Soon I will move out of the last one as well.

The price is very reasonable and that's what drew me to them. When I went into see if a previous lock would suffice he suggested another lock for more security and then he showed me where my storage unit was and they have a nice welcome bag for you. I told him that I would have a moving truck that would be coming and I may not be with them at the time and he was so helpful and told me the door that would be most helpful to the Moving company. The whole experience and especially Ed was so kind and I would recommend them to everyone.

The customer service was excellent! We received several calls to check in on things.

We already have one climate controlled unit and were in need of a second, smaller unit. We inadvertently leased a non-climate control unit on-line with CubeSmart. On July 22, 2025, when we realized what had happened James was happy to assist us with obtaining a climate controlled unit in lieu of the outside unit. He was patient and extremely helpful. I would recommend CubeSmart to anyone.
