I am very disappointed that we weren’t allowed to return unused locks for credit

THE MANAGER WAS VERY HELPFUL SINCE I STARTED MY RENTAL . I HAD IT FOR FEW MONTHS AND NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH MY PROPERTY IN THERE.

The unit and the buildings are clean, and the manager, Ed, is friendly and helpful.

I measured the empty unit and it is not 10 x 10. It is 8.4 x 10. And is advertised asa 10 x 10. Feel this is deceptive. Also why do I have to pay for a new lock. 29.00 when i have itexact t same lock

Your storage unit was good as well as your service, but your prices are WAY to HIGH!!! I was with you for several years. I would think that you would give your long-time customers a good deal and not keep raise the prices so high, I was paying almost $500 per month. That is terrible... especially in this economy.

Building and unit was clean and in great shape. Ed was very helpful with getting use set up and moved in. I will eventually need a larger unit and will definitely keep my property in good hands..

Clean and convenient

You get us in the door and then you continually increase the monthly rate by ridiculous amounts. One I am able to leave you, I won't come back. This is so wrong on so many levels. Very bad business. I was renting 2 units, now only one. Soon I will move out of the last one as well.

The price is very reasonable and that's what drew me to them. When I went into see if a previous lock would suffice he suggested another lock for more security and then he showed me where my storage unit was and they have a nice welcome bag for you. I told him that I would have a moving truck that would be coming and I may not be with them at the time and he was so helpful and told me the door that would be most helpful to the Moving company. The whole experience and especially Ed was so kind and I would recommend them to everyone.
