Your security gate has been broken for over a year, and I can’t tell you how many times I showed up in the morning to the manual gate still locked and unable to get into my storage unit to get materials. I need out for my company. I lost countless amounts of money with employees waiting to get the gate open or have to go buy duplicate materials because I was unable to access due to people not open at the time that it was supposed to be

The only reason that I didn't give this a 10/10 was because, for the last several weeks that I had the space at this location, the gate was propped open during the day and was obviously in need of repair, eliminating the need for a lock code at all. Though I had no issue with the security of my belongings, it did seem like there should have been some notice to the renters about the timing of when we could expect it to be repaired. After all, part of what I signed up for was the fact that only people who had business being inside there - even during office hours - were other renters who had an active code.
