My unit was broken into. No security for location. Main gate broken most of the time. Only sympathy I received was “well, at least you bought the insurance”. Definitely do NOT recommend. I had over half my unit stolen. Most of the item are irreplaceable.

After over two years of being there my storage was broken into and it was handled terribly. They still never fixed the gate that was broken from a fire they don’t know how started and the attendants and manager was not informed of anything going on or projected time of a new fence almost a year later. Terribly managed facility. Not by the on site attendants as much as the people above them. I never heard from them or anything about the break in and the “supervisor” was supposed to be looking into the video of the break in and again… no follow up whatsoever. I wouldn’t trust them and will be tiring people away fromThis facility.

Your security gate has been broken for over a year, and I can’t tell you how many times I showed up in the morning to the manual gate still locked and unable to get into my storage unit to get materials. I need out for my company. I lost countless amounts of money with employees waiting to get the gate open or have to go buy duplicate materials because I was unable to access due to people not open at the time that it was supposed to be

I had to use cube smart a few times in my lifetime. I always go back there if I need to.
