The only reason that I didn't give this a 10/10 was because, for the last several weeks that I had the space at this location, the gate was propped open during the day and was obviously in need of repair, eliminating the need for a lock code at all. Though I had no issue with the security of my belongings, it did seem like there should have been some notice to the renters about the timing of when we could expect it to be repaired. After all, part of what I signed up for was the fact that only people who had business being inside there - even during office hours - were other renters who had an active code.

Management is very good; very communicative, and willing to help with needs.

I was in a hurry moving out &I forgot to tell staff the unit has a small leak in corner by door.

Local staff and location is great. Always frustrated with the lock types as they constantly stick and are a pain to open. My ultimate decision is cost. It's a recurring them with these storage chains. Enter into an agreement with a promotion upfront. Expected increase to the full amount a few months later......but then the "were having a price increase". Deceptive. Get the customer locked in then throw a price increase at them.
