Storage rates were continually rising. We were able to locate another storage facility elsewhere for much less. The front gate at Cube Smart was not fixed promptly, after a fire, thus compomising security of our trailer. We found it difficult to connect with a "live person" when we called your facility. The vehicle of the tenant, which occupied a space next to ours, exceeded the length of the space making it difficult to utilize ours (i.e. parking the trailer after using it, etc.).

Staff on-site has been very agressive and rude

Very reasonable pricing..late access hours..Great customer service

Pricing is a good value, but maintenance shows why. Front gate broken for months and not repaired. Anybody can drive strait in, no gate security.
