Very efficient check in

The only thing that I ran into is people should never rent outside storages for long because there were mice inside the storage room unit and destroyed some things on the outside. It would be best to get a air-conditioning one on the inside longest things were kept in totes they were.

Roaches

I was forced to pay for insurance yet I had big mice/rat poop all over my furniture and boxes I kept nothing in my storage to attack rodents yet my unit was crawling with them because someone in a nearby unit was storing food.

My monthly rate increase about hundred dollars, from $180 to $285 monthly. So I had to find a adorable storage.

Gate always broken in the closed position. Had a work van inside and could not access it. Caused my business to lose revenue every month.

Storage kept going up in price extremely expensive

I used this storage company for many years, and I never had any issues or problems with the unit or costumer service. The only reason I moved out I relocated to a different City. Thank you

Great customer service very clean place. I left there but if when I can, I’m gonna go back there I’d like to the manager. It was very nice. I really liked it.
