Great customer service

Because 4/28/2026 was my birthday, came there to pickup something in the storage and felt a headache,I put my head down in the car hooch in , the guys came yelling at me and told him I don’t feel good.he called the black lady told me she’s the manager of the building she’s not even asked if I’m ok or not,,she said get out of the unit now and disrespect me etccccc

KIA was one of the most friendly and helpful people I have met in awhile. She made sure all my questions were answered and she made me feel comfortable about renting a unit there.

Because the service was good and the personal was friendly and respectful. They were very helpful to me when I don't know what to do and when I ask for assistance they were there for my answer.

Kia went above and beyond to make sure I had the best unit for the amount of stuff I had at an affordable price. Great job !
