The Unit and location was great and clean. However the constant calling... practically harassment when you're a day late from payment is one of the reasons thay drove me to cancel. Within the week of a late payment you're receiving threatening messages of a linen plus additional fees. I shouldn't be more stressed about a storage bill than I am my mortgage. It was very unpleasant

It's a good safe facility to store your belongings.i am giving a nine and not 10 is because the price is a bit on the higher side.

Bobby and Louise were absolute gems and super helpful with my moveout. The manager prior to Bobby also assisted me so much and I appreciate them all for making my first experience with Cubesmart a great one.

We had a great experience with CubeSmart during our move. The facility was always clean, well kept, and climate controlled, which gave us a lot of peace of mind storing our belongings there. Luis and Bobbi were both especially friendly, accommodating, and helpful every time we visited the unit. Highly recommend!

Easy process to book, preserve and cancel a unit

I was very impressed with the facility and the customer service from Bobby and Luis, they're fantastic! From the front desk all the way to your assigned unit, everything was great, the cleanliness, the sparkling elevator ✨️ (I loved it), the A/C and the DOUBLE SECURITY CODE... Chef's kiss! Also, very convenient location, the prices are very comparable with other facilities in the area but CUBESMART is the Winner by far !🏆✨️💪

First of all not honoring military retirement card is unacceptable. I am retired veterans wife who served his country for 21 years. Second: I is not fair for this company to raise prices every 3 months. I will put this on my military Blog. Totally unacceptable. For now I had to get a smaller unit until I find another storage facility.
