The rates go up all the time. Mine just went up an extra $62.00 on top of what I was already paying...I canceled and took my belongings out on the 18th of this month April '26. I pray a month in advance on the 15th & want my money back.

Customer service still lives in this store because of Khamini. A rare thing these days. Super clean facility. 1-2-3 step process that h far yes about 5 minutes including her showing me where my unit was.

Manager was very helpful and professional. She showed me the unit which would be mine. I feel the facility is extremely safe. Property well kept. I am very happy it is climate controlled.

Employee was absolutely terrible. Technologically illiterate and refuses to listen. Pushy and lies about a review competition multiple times. Spent an hour and a half attempting to rent a unit that should’ve otherwise taken less than 10 minutes.
