I was accosted there by two different individuals there were problems with people drinking on the property as well as drug activity I had experienced and witnessed on the property more than several times I addressed it with the stuff and they discounted it as non-existent I've communicated with the district manager and he also decided that it was not important there will be continuous issues there there are people living on the property I do believe that this is the reason why these things are happening there are a lot of homeless people in that place using the storage units as their private residence charging their personal Gadgets in the restrooms creating a sense of violation of privacy as well as unsafe feeling because the tenants who are there charge their Gadgets in the restrooms and then pound on the door when you are using the restroom. I had two incidents there and a period of 3 months and my handicap individual I don't understand how this is even happening I had to move from that location to another storage unit inconveniencing me tenfold I strongly suggest that you monitor the camera a certain hours of the day especially in the evening hours to see what I am referring to there are people living there and making breakfast in the morning and at night there are people conducting themselves like they were in a hotel at one point I even heard a couple seem to be having sex this is a storage unit not a hotel please be advised I will be following up

Everything is well secured, no problems with access going in, very clean and so many storage units to choose from, everything is described just how it actually is, Eleana was very helpful and cares for her tenants and our belongings being in a trusted place

When I went to the office, the lady who attended to me (a young black lady) was neither polite nor courteous. I was treated like anybody else, not like a customer should be.

The staff so far has been professional, helping me and have been verypolite.

Excellent service at reception. Well designed, clean and secure facilities. An excellent job and good value for the money. No complaints about anything really, although my facility was brand new. As long as maintenance is kept up, it will get full marks. Only very minor complain is that there should be more signs pointing to the bathrooms.

The facility is clean and new, the location is very easy to get to. I was given a promotional discount as a new tenant. Very inviting… Leslie was very professional and courteous.
