Convenient location and easy access to my unit. It was clean and always had carts to move the large items.

The new manager at the Orange Bloosom Trail and 517 is very professional and helpful.

I have been renting a unit for approx. 8+ years and the best customer service I received was with the current new management. Justin a current employee as of 03/2026, listened to my concerns and provided exceptional assistance. He was patient, was able to properly communicate and demonstrated this by reinstating exactly what my concerns were. Justin offered me a refund for 1 month due to these inconveniences and contacted me to complete my move out and confirm my refund. Thank you for having such a great employee.

I had spoken to an agent that was on staff on Saturday Nov 29 regarding the elevator not working and I had taken the opportunity to ask up to when I had to empty my storage before being charged. She advised that I had until Dec 5. I did empty the storage on Wednesday Dec 3 and passed by on the 5 to let the location that I had already emptied my storage and why I was charged if I had until the 5 to empty the storage. No was able to help me and the lady that was there on the 5th called the agent that took care of me on the 29th, the agent lied and said that she told me the 4th and not the 5th just so that she wouldn’t get in trouble. The lady that was there on the 5 shared that she was the GM for that location, I shared my frustration as I wasn’t given the right information and now I am paying another month without even using the storage. I will never recommend CubeSmart to anyone.
