Rent increased without notice. No postcard no email nothing. Rent also increased for me but the base price online (not promotional price) was lower than the what my price was raised to.

You treat your customers like money sings, very difficult for people at store to help you, constantly the system is “slow” or “down” when you have a situation. If there is no fees added for anything you want to do it might be because later they’ll stick it to you. Cube Smart is incredibly smart making money from or getting you on a situation you can’t scape to charge you bogus fees!

The rates go up all the time. Mine just went up an extra $62.00 on top of what I was already paying...I canceled and took my belongings out on the 18th of this month April '26. I pray a month in advance on the 15th & want my money back.
