No issues with long term storage

Rate increases more than doubled what I initially agreed to within two years.

Not happy with the constant rate increase. I understand that this is practice everywhere, but I still think an ongoing price for members that have been there for almost the beginning should be considered. Your renters would be less likely to leave.

Excellent customer service. Easy and secure access, and the facilities are always clean and well-lit.
