My rates increase over time yet the base price do not increase. I just move out and move in a new unit. Everything I have I have put on wheels so it takes me 30 mins to save a ton of $ because you do not honor your “lifetime locked in discount”. The price raises every few months.

I was told I didnt have to pay once I left the storage unit. I was paid through 11/7. I called to inform of my intent to vacate. I was told I had until 11/9 to move out and did not have to pay anything. I officially vacated on 1111
