I don’t complain about the amenities but the price every time keeps raising plus they include an insurance fee. They should ask before they move on with the prices

I was double charged for the first payment and when trying to resolve the issue I was shuffled from person to person with no results. I am still owed money. I don't know why there is no management to help with such things.

Love the storage - clean and easy access. However, the rates are far too high and kept going up.....had to make a decision to sell my items or move them.
