Clean, efficient and easy to use. Staff at the #5868 store were great.

The storage facility is clean and well maintained. The parking/staging area is limited and would be problematic for large moves. The constant keypad entry for both the entry doors and elevators is frustrating when moving large amounts of stuff.

The Cube Smart facility located on Conroy-WIndermere Rd. offers clean facilities, climate controlled and a knowledge and very friendly staff.

After 5 years of payments on time every month.... this was the biggest nightmare. You TRIPLED THE RATE. I was struggling and paying more than my utilities combined sickness. Ill never ever return. No loyalty

Very clean facility, and very friendly and courteous employees

The Unit and location was great and clean. However the constant calling... practically harassment when you're a day late from payment is one of the reasons thay drove me to cancel. Within the week of a late payment you're receiving threatening messages of a linen plus additional fees. I shouldn't be more stressed about a storage bill than I am my mortgage. It was very unpleasant
