Your store manager at 7400 West Colonial, the one that calls everyone "love", is such an amazing woman and I adore her! I should've gotten her name, but I spoke with her late afternoon 11/15/25, so look at the schedule and give her a rise!

We had to throw our whole storage out because it became infested with roaches and mold. Terrible experience!

The facility is infested with rodents that defecated and urinated all over my things, I found a cheaper storage place that is super clean and way better maintained
