I had a very disappointing experience with CubeSmart.When I signed the contract, I agreed to one price, but after just 3 or 4 months they raised it for no clear reason. I started at $135 per month and then had to pay $175 per month. That kind of price increase felt unfair and very frustrating.Because of that, I decided to move to a different storage company. I would not use CubeSmart again and would not recommend it.

Good Service .. well maintained with AC and clean.I like the security system and felt safe. Efficient service agent at my branch very friendly and knowledgeable and helpfull.

Your staff was very unprofessional and suggested I go to another company. So I cancelled my request to use your company services. Obviously I wasn't her type of customer.
