When you do promotions, your promotions don’t say that they aren’t for existing customers. I cancelled an existing parking spot, signed up for a new spot at a different monthly rate and a free month free. I was only given the new monthly rate for a couple months and was not given the second month free. When I inquired about this, I was told it was not for pre existing customers, but there was no language stating than on the promotion.

Too many increasing in cost.
