Day of move in WiFi/ internet service down. On site assistant states she is unable to assist because no internet service and that I could still complete an move in myself online. She then soon after left the site. After I was able to make the reservations gate code did not work. Grateful for the online team that assisted. On site person not available. Code not recognized. Manager online was able to assist and provided an emergency code that worked. So finally 2 hrs later was able to start our move in to unit 3046. On site person still not available. Would have been helpful also to have access to cart. Good thing we had wagons
