The attended explained the fee changes and we reviewed the unit. I downsized the unit and was able to stay on the same floor down the hall. Making it easier to pay someone to move me. I have health challenges, and this was a great help. Very polite in all transactions.

The guys didn’t nice to me because I was asking questions and there’s no carts or anything to carry stuff in the building otherwise everything looks good so far
