Customer service is excellent. Ms Mavis took the time to show me how everything works on the app and then walked me to the unit I rented and showed me how to access the door and set the lock. She made sure the unit was to my liking. The unit was large enough for all I need to store with room left over which I appreciate. The grounds were clean and well kept and it was easy to get in and out of the facility using the app.

Very nice person that helped me and also very professional. Price was very reasonable as well.

Economic, secure and ease to access unit.

I give this site a 2 star rating because they have mice in the facility that inhabit your unit upon move in if you have your belongs in moving boxes please proceed with caution the price is okay but I’ve never been to any other storage company that has mice and rats in a climate controlled environment except this one upon moving my items on the unit I found 6 or 7 dead mice carcasses which made some of my items stink horribly and when I actually opened one of my boxes a mice actually jumped out and ran looking for another unit to get into and then they raise the storage prices on me saying it is a regular thing which I never heard of at any other storage facility. My advice is if you have items you care about to store just find another storage facility. Don’t let the price fool you because I guarantee you within a month or two you will see evidence of rats or mice living in your belongings, worst storage facility ever in my opinion.

Just incredible. It was a tough time when we had to move and the staff worked with us the whole way through. Highly recommendable.

My storage items (climate controlled unit)were water damaged, big roaches, and smelled like mothballs. I was told they would contact me regarding my claim. No one cared enough to call. After I asked twice about my claim

My overall experience was satisfactory, I didn’t to much interact with the staff unless it had to do with my bill being due.
