I spoke on the phone with multiple employees and they were all very helpful and understood my many questions. When I went in for the first time. The employee on site was Eric he approached the door to open it for me when I reached the building. That was an unexpected delight and something that you don't see ever. He took me around to multiple options so I would pick the best one for me. He explained the dos and don'ts of renting a storage unit since I had never done this before. He put my mind at ease and we set up the unit I chose so I could start using it immediately if I wanted to.

Access was easy at any time. Good lighting and available carts.

Started off good and then price increased nearly 100% in a year... Found another place more convenient, larger unit, and cheaper!
