Safe and convenient

The person that called me to check on move in was so rude, refused to give me the corporate number or district manager name. I had to call on my own and I am still waiting for a call back.

Very easy to work with, felt like our stuff was always secure and we didn't have to worry about checking on it very often. We felt like they communicated very well with us, made moving out things out a snap.

Very courteous service as well as the facility being well maintained. The cubesmart app was helpful as well. It seems very secure.

I put a review on Google. I paid for entire month. This was my 2nd time using this company. The manager said he could do NOTHING about what I paid. I used that unit literally 2 days from automated withdrawal. If I didn't have auto withdrawal & was 3 days late, I doubt I would have had paid for entire month.Just very dissatisfied. Horrible customer service. Will never rent there next year. . Will definitely tell people i know.

The process for signing up was easy. The unit size was nice. CubeSmart located centrally for me.
