Lauren was amazing at helping me understand what to do, the website was easy to understand, the units were clean and there was plenty of light, and everything was so easy to set up!

I am so upset with how you jacked up the prices on the three units we rented. It was a bait and switch and I will NEVER recommend your facility to anyone. When the enormous and usurious rate hikes started I called our local office and I sent a letter to your corporate headquarters explaining how these rate hikes would hurt us. I never heard from you. So with that in mind, I am very involved some of the local chamber of commerce and I will be sure to tell all of my associates what happened to us. I have many realtor friends and know several folks who own moving companies. They will all know. My husband and I both own businesses and we would NEVER treat our customers in this manner.
