I am so upset with how you jacked up the prices on the three units we rented. It was a bait and switch and I will NEVER recommend your facility to anyone. When the enormous and usurious rate hikes started I called our local office and I sent a letter to your corporate headquarters explaining how these rate hikes would hurt us. I never heard from you. So with that in mind, I am very involved some of the local chamber of commerce and I will be sure to tell all of my associates what happened to us. I have many realtor friends and know several folks who own moving companies. They will all know. My husband and I both own businesses and we would NEVER treat our customers in this manner.

We have always had great service and a wonderful experience storing our RV with Cube Smart. Lauren is fantastic! She is great to work with and helped with everything we needed. The facility is clean and easy to get in and out of whenever we need to access our RV.
