I liked the cleanliness of the storage unit, however the amount I had to pay was getting too high.

The price of my storage space has more than doubled in last 3 years. This includes nearly a $100 per month increase this year alone. That is not sustainable. The low score is NOT a reflection on your staff or facilities.The 5 was given because of the very helpful & sweet office staff. Also the parking facility is covered & well maintained.

First, the RV storage facility is very nice with good secure access, and the workers I’ve spoken to on site are very friendly and helpful. Now here’s the bad. I received a notice that my monthly rate was going up after only having the RV parking space for three months. That part was not unexpected. What I didn’t expect was the rate going up 42%. $279/mo was already a lot of money. The new rate of $395/mo for a parking spot is beyond ridiculous, and only shows that your company is trying to take advantage of the customers. I find that dirty, insulting, and a huge slap in the face. Because of that I do not recommend CubeSmart and will share my experiences with anyone who asks.

Tye staff at this location were very pleasant to work with. The facility was almost always clean.
