Good location. Lauren in Oswego was great to work with. Nice facilty.

Very clean

I was told the rent was a different amount when I switched units.

The facility was well kept very clean and no signs of rodents🙌 Lauren is the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great office support

In the 15 months we stored our RV there, burnet was raised twice. The first time, it was raised by $65. The second time, it was raised by another $100 to a whopping $450 a month. Very few folks are going to want to pay that much per month to store an RV.

Por el aumento,y por que me dijeron que el primer mes era gratis y no fue así.En general casi todo estaba bienMuchas gracias

Very easy process moving in and out

Customer Service! Cleanliness of facility. Location of facility.

Nice facility for reasonable price. However the carts are in pretty bad repair
