Clean easy very nice management

Manger Gerald was very nice and professional. He was very accommodating in moving our storage unit to a better location. Facility is new and cleanly.

Staff was great and very helpful.The facility is new with a variety of storage options, access was easy and there is an elevator within the building.

Gerald, the manager, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. And the building is easy to navigate and brand new and clean.

Although getting the storage unit was pretty easy, the initial costs were much higher than advertised. One of the things I was told I had to pay foe was a lock. Unfortunately. My daughter was not given said lock when she went to the office to get the entry code. Because she was trying to get back to her apt to finish getting stuff together it didn't cross her mind until after hours. I reached out to the facility and left a message, asking for a return call to discuss this, and I have yet to hear from them. My daughter had to leave to come home which is in another state.

The facility was clean. However, you will need to bring your own dolly to move your belongings inside.

The way I was first treated was very nice and professional.

The facility is great and the customer service awesome!
