It's what I'm looking for pardon me please

Rent is too high and you are constantly increasing the prices. There is still no locked gate to the larger units even though we were told many times over the past several years that one would be installed. The upkeep on the units is awful. The doors are falling off the hinges. My indoor unit leaked rainwater from holes in the roof and ruined the furniture I had stored. And, on top of everything else, after moving out, you still tried to charge the credit card I had on file even though I was told that the autopay had already been turned off.

Super nice staff very helpful

The building our unit was in was rotting out. The steel structure was completely wasted through and the front of building was loose and barely supported. Outside the front of the unit was a huge mud hole. If you had to go during or after a rain storm, then you were standing in the mud. The access gate was never closed.

Nick was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist us.
