Very easy to rent and very friendly staff.

The manager never answer the phone or return calls. I have called multiple times in one day never reach no one. I live 3 hours away if was the worst storage manager there. Also I lost a lot of pictures n clothes where it leaked water n messed up my stuff so insc for nothing. They are still charging me I have let them know that we were getting everything out by the 6th so I paid full amount for nothing cause he can't be there or reach. I also called the district manager 4 times n sent pics n still they can't get it together
