Increasing the rent by 40% after only 3 months of occupancy is the reason. Maybe that’s the reason you only have 70% occupancy. Your on-site staff are to be commended.

Customer service is always great with them, this was my second time renting a storage unit and they are very professional and helpful! Rick has always been very friendly, patient and understanding. Anthony, the manager there this time is very down to earth and always ready to help.
