The folks that work there are very nice and professional. The building is new and well taken care of. I have been renting a storage unit since the building opened about 5 years ago. When I started, I was paying $178.00 per month for a 10X10 unit. That was high but I rented anyway due to location. My rent now is $395.00 over double. I discovered that the same unit rents to new customers for $202.00 per month. I have learned that this is a common practice for CubeSmart. Over the years I have recommended CubeSmart to 5 or 6 friends. They are also moving.be advising them of this business tactic

The service was very good. Renting the unit, accessing the unit, and ending my rental was very fast and convenient. The unit was so clean that after 2 years I didn't even need to rewash my clothes that I left in there.

YOU KEEP UPPING THE PRICE... A 20.00 plus rate hike is ridiculous when you offer better deals to new people

Doubling the rent constitutes a poor business strategy. I am pleased to have terminated my lease.
