Your new manager "Scott a 30 year retired law enforcement officer" who is uneducated with your Employee Policy especially with Customer/Tenant relations."Scott" claims to be a 30 year retired law enforcement officer, not an active one currently. Please at least teach "Scott" customer service protocols. I'm no longer comfortable renting from Cube after what happened. "Scott" could be armed behind your front desk and no one would know.

Professionalism and courtesy of staff.

We have been using your largest unit in this facility for two and a half years, and the rent has been paid like clockwork. Paid our rent three days before moving to a smaller unit within the same facility, and I am being told the rent can't be transferred to the new unit. Seriously? Please contact me.
