The general attitude of the staff there is righteous, rude and uncaring.There’s one particular male that seems to be in charge that has an anger issue.I would say you need to re-staff that location

The storage unit is infested with roaches. I spoke with management when I moved out and told them and they said they would look into it. They wouldn't do anything for me about bug bombing my stuff when I moved. I will never use this storage facility again.
