YOUR YEARLY RATE INCREASES ARE REDICULES, SOME OF US ARE ON FIXD INCOMES. AND IF YOU CAN GIV NEW MEMBERS A LOWER RATE THE WHY NOT LOYAL LONG TIMERS, OTHER THAN GOING THROUGH THE HASSEL OF HAVIN TO MOVE TO A DIFFERENT UNIT. SO I JUST MOVE TOTALLY ! ! !
