The storage unit is infested with roaches. I spoke with management when I moved out and told them and they said they would look into it. They wouldn't do anything for me about bug bombing my stuff when I moved. I will never use this storage facility again.

The security gate has been broken for 2 months and there is no overnight security- what am I paying for? On top of that, the employees have a horrible attitude and zero concern for my property.

Rate increases are too high. 30% increases are not acceptable. If you want people to rent storage long term, stop price gouging.
