It's a nice storage location but our price increased $50.

The sheer price gouging! I was able to get the same size storage locker that I was paying almost $440 per month for outdoor storage when I was able to find indoor climate controlled storage for $87 a month else where. I was a good customer for almost 10 years and instead of valuing and respecting that the prayed on me by raising the rent way too often! I probably would have remained a loyal customer for years to come had they not. I will warn everyone I know to stay away from this company! The only thing good about this place was the super kind and friendly office staff.

My space increased by $50 which was not expected. I move to a different space which is not much different but coasts a lot less.

The way CubeSmart do their charging for the storage rental.The bonus rate and month, I do understand as a "sweetner" to get business but the severe hike in 3 months defeats the objective for me to end up at a more competitive rate

The storage facility was great and the staff was fantastic. The security gate was broken too often, and 20-25% increases in rent each year far exceeds inflation. Seems excessive.

I would definitely recommend your stores and parking lots to family and even friends. In my opinion, starting with you two and a half years ago and being able to use the apps to enter and exit the place makes access much easier. You are people any customer would want to work with. Thank you for being who you are.

Rude personal. . No dolly ever. Customer threatening swearing at me Another customer says people steal stuff. Another customer, not staff, was able to find a dolly which was kind of that person but where was staff when called.
