YOUR YEARLY RATE INCREASES ARE REDICULES, SOME OF US ARE ON FIXD INCOMES. AND IF YOU CAN GIV NEW MEMBERS A LOWER RATE THE WHY NOT LOYAL LONG TIMERS, OTHER THAN GOING THROUGH THE HASSEL OF HAVIN TO MOVE TO A DIFFERENT UNIT. SO I JUST MOVE TOTALLY ! ! !

Liked the paved parking !didn't like the moving van parked inches away from my camper. Also the rent continued to go up
