Clean facility. Got a WELCOME phone call and explanation of how to get into my unit for the first time. Also, they have an app that allows you to open the gate with your phone. For other storage places I have to get out my car because my arms never reach the keypad.

Cube Smart raised my rent from $130. to $180 a month only 3 months into my time there. I will never use them again. I went back to a local storage at $110. and a promise of no rent increases for 12 or more months.

Price was raised nearly double after a few months. Is quite hot for "climate controlled". Very poor lighting. Felt quite unsafe when they took away the coded entry into buildings. No restrooms.
